ARE YOUR SERVICES COVERED BY MY INSURANCE?

Please make sure to provide our staff with a valid proof of ID and health insurance card. Insurance coverage will need to be verified prior to any services rendered

CAN I GET A SAME-DAY APPOINTMENT? DO YOU OFFER WALK-IN CLINIC SERVICES?

Even though an appointment is preferred, we know that many times medical issues arise without notice. For this reason, we do accept walk in patients. Please note that our patients with appointments do take priority unless it is a medical emergency.

WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?

All new patients will need to fill out paper work along with their proof of ID and medical insurance card. Once registered as a patient, return visit registration will be streamlined.
